Saints Christopher, Jerome and Louis of Toulouse by Giovanni Bellini Saints Christopher, Jerome and Louis of Toulouse San Giovanni Crisostomo, Venice Gabriel was restoring this painting when he was notified that Wartime Claims and Inquiries had been bombed in A Death in Vienna. He left his restoration work and eventually arrested Erich Radek. Gabriel returned to Venice and was working on the painting when Ari Shamron arrived to tell him that his cover had been blown in Prince of Fire.
Daniel in the Lions' Den by Peter Paul Rubens, National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC. The painting was thought to be by Erasmus Quellinus; Julian Isherwood purchased this painting in Prince of Fire after Gabriel Allon assured him that the artist was Rubens.
Lament over the dead Christ by Giovani Bellini The Vatican Museums. Gabriel had finished restoring this painting at the beginning of The Secret Servant.
The Martyrdom of St. Erasmus by Nicolas Poussin in the Vatican Museums. Gabriel was restoring this painting at the beginning of Moscow Rules.
Customs Officer's Cabin at Pourville by Monet. Julian Isherwood told Gabriel that the cabin he and Chiara were occupying reminded him of the painting.
